[cciug] How to get a list of all branch types in a VOB?

Hi,

I'm trying to do this on a DEC UNIX system running ClearCase 3.2.1-23 /
MultiSite 3.2.1-4.

I want to apply a date-based label to all versions of all elements on all
locally-mastered branches, for the latest version
at a specific point in time. My initial problem is:
How can I get a list of all branch types defined in the VOB using
the CLI?

I know I can get the list using the xclearcase Branch Type Browser, but I
want to be able to generate the same list
from the command line, so I can then feed the list into a "foreach" loop
which will then display those branches which
are mastered by the local replica.

What I really want to do is make sure that the label is applied only to
branches mastered by the replica I'm currently
in. I haven't found a command that will tell be the master-replica name of
a branch type in a single line out output, so
I'm sure I'm going to have to apply a "grep" to some chunk of outper per
branch type. So, if any of you know of
a way to get all the branches AND master-replica into in a single command,
that would be great. Otherwise, just tell
me how to get the list of branches via "cleartool", and I'll do the rest.

Thanks,
Grant Sullivan
