[cciug] ClearCase locking up Windows2000?

Is anyone out there having trouble with Windows2000 and ClearCase 4.0?

We are running Windows200 Servers as development machines loaded with
ClearCase 4.0 and DevStudio 6. During debugging sessions the PCs are
locking up (screens fail to repaint, Ctrl-Alt-Del does nothing, etc.).
Originally the problem seemed to be restricted to developers using debugging
multi-threaded applications (setting break points and stepping through the
code).

On a machine without ClearCase we made a snap-shot view, compiled our source
code and debugged without a problem. We then installed ClearCase 4.0 on the
same machine and created a local view. Debugging through the ClearCase view
immediately hung the machine. We found and installed the
clearcase_p4.0.NT-3 and clearcase_p4.0.NT-5 patches. The machines hang much
less frequently but we still see intermittent lock-ups of our machines.

Is anyone else experiencing similar problems?
