I couldn't quite parse this. Note we're not talking about receiving
patch bundles themselves; we're talking about receiving email
notifications that patches are available. I'm perfectly happy to go get
them from the web site if they interest me.
I should have used the word "email" instead of patch bundle. You are
correct, an email notification should be sent out.
For a long time I was getting emails every Friday or so for all the
patches released that week. Now I'm not getting any emails for any
patches.
I'm not quite sure where you were getting these from, but we don't and
didn't notify customers weekly of patch status'.
Are you saying that you're only emailing patch announcements every six
weeks now?
Yes, and have been for about a year.
As far as I know I'm signed up to receive info about all new released
patches on any platform.
I don't specifically see you on the list. I assume you are added to the

Doh! As I sit here typing I just got an announcement from Judy Cass for
patch 3.2.1.NT-22. This is the first one I've seen since December some
time. Hmm.
Yes, and Judy addressed at the beginning of her message that I appear to be
having email issues and hopefully this is not a dupe.
Apropos of this, I spend about 2 hours fooling with a bug in CC 4.0
yesterday that was fixed with patch 4.0-4, released on the 15th! I was
seconds away from sending my painstakingly constructed bug report to
support when I decided on a whim to check the patches page, and there
was the patch!
An email announcement of that patch when it was released would have
saved me much time and aggravation... (I didn't check earlier because
I'd just looked the week before...)
I'm not that mad because, after all, my bug was fixed, but still :).
I fully understand. Point taken. I can only apologize and work to ensure
this doesn't happen again.
