Sorry for the repeat ... having trouble with our mail server.

I'll find out about what platforms and some of the other unknowns and get
back to the group Tuesday. It requires Oracle as the backend, but I'm not
sure if Oracle can be on either NT or UNIX or just UNIX. I don't have a
features list at this point but will try and get one.
