Rational is currently beta testing the UNIX native version of the ClearQuest
client. GA version is due out this year.

I suppose that depends on your definition/requirements of "distributed

Yes, there is an e-mail reader that will submit bugs for you...
But then, it's pretty damn simple (now that the API supports perl) to write
a perl script to do the mail reading and bug submission for you (their
mailreader doesn't like MIME mail, even when the message is plaintext).

I agree without some way for Unix users (in this case, the web) to use the
system and some way to handle e-mail, it's pretty limited...
