If you have a central license server, your biggest risk is loss of the
server since this would bring down the entire clearcase installation until
you receive emergency keys or have your licenses moved to another server.
Only recently I learned about the option of a "redundant license agreement"
that would give you a complete set of "second keys" that are tied to a
backup license server. Ask your clearcase sales rep about it.
