Chapter 16 of the v3.2 Clearcase user's manual discusses
a number of issues and workarounds for using clearmake
with older Cfront-based C++ compilers.

We are migrating from Centerline (Cfront-based) to newer
compilers (Sun Workshop and HP aCC) that are not Cfront-
based. Our initial builds with the new compilers are
failing, and we're wondering how to update our Makefiles.

Should all the "Cfront modifications" such as "CCASE_CXX_SAFE_LNK"
that are shown in the manual be removed? Or are there new
workarounds required for the newer compilers? A white
paper or the like from Rational would be most helpful.
