we do here:
net time \\ccserver /set /y
is part of the login script of clearcase_albd which also has set time privilege :)
(the /y is undocumented but does it without asking stupid questions)
If you are a NT only shop: look into the nt resource kit, you'll find a tool to contact with unix time servers, you need it
just on one machine.
