You sure can.
On UNIX: Start GUI (xlearcase). From the menu bar select "File -> VOB Object -> Remove name"
On Windows: well, I was never able find this one. So your options are pretty much limited to command line. If find out how to do it from GUI, can you do everone a favor and post it on this mailing list. Thanks in advance.
