[cciug] lscheckout functionality with snapshot views

I have some developers who are moving from using Sourcesafe to using
ClearCase snapshot views.

They want to be able to see who has which files checked out. (The concept of
working in your own sandbox without tight syncing isn't quite there yet, and
if I push it too much, they'll go back to Sourcesafe forever.) Are there
clever ways of providing this information that I'm not seeing?

To make things even more interesting, they are working against 2 different
replicas (which are synced at 15 minute intervals).

The best I've been able to come up with so far is a script that mounts the
vob and connects to one of the dynamic views I use for admin, runs
ct lscheckout -r -areplicas
against the vob, then disconnects and umounts the resources.
