[cciug] Storing NT View Profiles on Unix server

Does anyone store their View Profiles on a Unix server?

Our VOB server is a Solaris 2.5.1 box (soon to become 2.6). We have a mix of
Unix and NT clients, and use Maestro 6.2 for interop. On the NT clients, the
VOB server is mapped as \\<vob_server>\vobstore. I tried pointing my
machine to \\<vob_server>\vobstore\Profiles and seemed to be successful in
creating a working View Profile in this location.

Has anyone seen any problems with creating or using NT View Profiles stored
in a Unix directory?

Thanks,
