I think I've seen this when a user was not logged in the the proper domain,
or
was not a member of the clearusers group.

Hi, I am trying to create a view profile using the wizard but it comes back
with:

"Did not find a ClearCase View Profile Tree at C:\Local Home\CMH009\Project
Tree

Please update the network share name for the Profile tree through the
ClearCase control panel applet."

Other than this, I've had no other problems with CC.

Any help is appreciated.
