Sunil,
FWIW: We migrated from Tracker to DDTS a couple of years ago
and even the "old hands" with Tracker have adapted nicely to
DDTS (some prefer the X interface, some the Web).
Personally, I prefer DDTS over Tracker. I like the way
enclosures are handled and I find it to be pretty
flexible, but there's no accounting for taste.
If I were faced with the migration today, I'd probably
choose ClearQuest, rather than DDTS, even if it meant
having to buy one lousy NT box. ClearQuest appears to
have a future, where it appears that DDTS is about to be
"put out to pasture".
