Hi Eric,
You may want to try any or all of these below suggestions.
1. unset Automounting of NFS drives in the CLearCase control panel
and reboot. Then access will be via UNC names.
2. re-install of SP5
3. re-install of Integraph + SP5
4. Re-install entire box
