You may want to check the cciug archives on the customer's-only portion of

Breifly, I have used both Maestro and TAS, and TAS is much better, IMHO. No
client pieces to install, and TAS can authenticate to an NT domain controller.
Both of these minimize administration.

We are testing Syntax Totalnet advanced server, I would really
appreciate any experiences
anyone has had with this product. We previously used NFSMaestro, but
had problems with versions of
maestro, novell, and clearcase coexisting happily.
