Raghu,

You have a couple of choices:

1) If you are absolutely sure that this is recent and that no official
build that you must reproduce requires that version of the file then you
could rmver on that version.

2) You could checkout the version (if it is the LATEST) and then copy the
previous version to the checked out version and then check it in, then I
would remove the merge arrow so people are not confused.
