Cisco Systems India Pvt. Ltd . , Bangalore , requires build engineers
for managing
builds for various projects within CISCO , Bangalore .
Job Profile .
i) Manage builds ( requires a thorough understanding of makefiles ,
different variants
of make like clearmake , omake , gnu-make etc etc ; ) --> A good
knowledge
of Shell and Perl scripting is a definite plus .
ii)Act as first level ClearCase support for project teams .
iii) Trouble shoot build related problems , and ClearCase related
problems
iv) Liason with the Central SCM Team , for helping in speedy resolution
of
system related ClearCase problems .
v) Interact effectively with Project team members and understand issues
related to the ClearCase environment in the project .
Job qualifications :
Ideal candidates will have 1-2 years of experience in the following :
Shell scripting , Perl scripting , ClearCase concepts and build
management in
the ClearCase environment .
