Try killing the view server process for that view. This has helped me a
couple of times.

We Have CC3.1.1 (With Patch #39) on NT4.0, SP4
One of our developers is facing a peculiar problem.
He is able to mount a VOB but he is not able to CD
(Change Directory)
To this vob. The error message given is "Access is
denied"
Can anybody tell me what is wrong?
This happens on his view only. If he connects to
some other view on his machine
He is not facing this problem. Also, if others
connect to this person's view
They are not able to CD to the VOB. So: is it a view
problem or a machine problem?
This developer removed his view and re-created it.
But even then the problem persists.
This problem surfaced only today. Till 31st Dec
1999, it was fine.
Please let me know ASAP
