This podcast covers what to consider when making changes to your applications:

  • Versioning and dynamicity mean managing new releases and responding quickly to change requests using service-oriented applications.

  • In WebSphere Process Server, the selector feature allows you to change where your calls go without having to redeploy the rest of the application.

  • By using the Web-based tooling provided in WebSphere Process Server, you can update applications quickly and dynamically without the involvement of a developer.

  • Other components that are useful in managing changes to applications include process versioning, late and early binding, and dynamic endpoint references from the Web services addressing specifications.
