About the guest  Kartik Kanakasabesan has been with Rational for nine years and more than 12
years of experience with Rational tools. He has been working in various
capacities throughout his career, ranging from development to technical
sales,consulting services, and product management. He has published several
white papers and has patents that have helped customer see value in adopting
Rational solutions. His primary area of focus is in the software
configuration management space, and he is currently the product manager for
Rational Team Concert.
