About the guest  Bill Lawton manages cross-product strategy for tooling in the Business
Process Management and Connectivity Portfolio for IBM. Throughout his
career, he has held a variety of positions in software development and
managed teams developing software for retail store solutions,
e-commerce, application servers, and operating systems. He has several
patents and a computer science degree from Purdue University.
