This session explains how to fully leverage Ajax in IBM WebSphere Portal. In this session, you learn how Portal and Portlet concepts work together with Ajax. We discuss patterns, recommendations, and strategies for Ajax development. We demonstrate the range of possibilities and optimal uses of this new technology and compare pure Ajax server-side concepts. We conclude with a preview of future features of WebSphere Portal with regard to Web 2.0 and Ajax.
