CICS tools and governance
John Knutson and Steve Wood talk about how CICS Tools, such as CICS Performance Analyzer and CICS Interdependency Analyzer, support the increasing requirement for good governance of resources and assets in today’s business systems. Knutson is System z product marketing manager for the CICS Tools. Wood is product line manager, and strategy and planning marketing manager for CICS Transaction Server. Both are based at the IBM Hursley Laboratory in the United Kingdon. One key opportunity for learning more on this subject is the IBM Impact 2008 event in Las Vegas in April.
