Prior to joining Rational Software, Mr. Baer has been involved with Delta Dental insurance managing the methodology and use of Rational automation tools for distributed and mainframe development. Mr. Baer's expertise in Rational solutions spans testing, change management, requirements management, and software design. Mr. Baer holds a Bachelor of Science degree from California State University, Long Beach.
