Tivoli Unified Process makes best practices more actionable and their benefits more attainable by providing prescriptive service management guidance in an easy to navigate web-based tool. IBM Tivoli Unified Process Tool version 7.1.3 is now fully aligned with the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) V3 framework, and contains many updates and improvements to processes, roles and work products. ITUP also integrates all documentation for the IBM Process Reference Model for IT (PRM-IT). PRM-IT is a broad process reference model that covers all 41 processes under the control of the Chief Information Officer.
