		Theresa Kratschmer is a Senior Software Engineer serving as the Marketing Engineer for Rational Requirements Definition and Management. Theresa has been in technology industry for 22 years, with over 12 years at IBM. She has had roles in development, consulting, product development and research, including managing the Change & Release Management, Requirements Definition Management, and the Build Forge Design Partner Programs as well as spending 10 years at IBM’s T.J. Watson Research Labs working on defect analysis, requirements, and Orthogonal Defect Classification.
