Linking Rational DOORS with V4.0 Jazz-based products

Exploring the full lifecycle of a change

Learn how to use Open Services for Lifecycle Collaboration (OSLC) links to integrate Rational DOORS with Jazz-based products. IBM Rational DOORS software enables you to capture, trace, analyze and manage changes to requirements and helps you to demonstrate compliance to regulations and standards.

Learn how to use Open Services for Lifecycle Collaboration (OSLC) links to integrate Rational DOORS with Jazz-based products, including IBM® Rational® Quality Manager (for system testing) and IBM Rational Team Concert (for project planning and defect tracking). Linking both across and down the V-cycle for complex systems and embedded software development is shown by exploring the lifecycle of a change and how it affects the different engineering disciplines. Rational DOORS and DOORS Web Access are used to illustrate the use of OSLC links first from the perspective of a requirements engineer, and then from the perspective of a system tester. See how Rational Rhapsody integrates with configuration management using some of Rational Team Concert's optional capabilities, such as enforcing quality assurance processes.
