She has over 10 years of experience with change tracking and configuration management. Valerie has worked directly with IBM customers to assess and recommend improvements to software development processes as well as plan and implement customer transitions to adopting change tracking and configuration management best practices. Prior to joining IBM Rational, Valerie was a user of the IBM solutions. She has her degree in Computer Science as well as 19 years of experience in the software development industry. |
