Theresa Kratschmer is a senior software engineer and solutions marketing manager who joined IBM in 1996. Theresa spent her first 10 years at T.J. Watson Research working on defect analysis, requirements, and Orthogonal Defect Classification deployment. This included one year on assignment for the Quality Software Engineering group where she provided consulting to IBM internal teams on IBM’s Rational Unified Process and agile practices. In 2007, Theresa joined Rational where she managed the Change and Release Management, Requirements Definition and Management, and the Build Forge Design Partner Programs. In July of 2008, Theresa moved to the Rational Marketing group where she is a Solutions Marketing Manager for the Requirements Definition and Management segment. Previous to joining IBM, Theresa developed software for real-time, graphics, and database applications in the medical electronics industry.
