Cesar works on quality assurance, editing, and creating of on demand demos (ODDs) using Adobe Captivate and Tech Smith Camtasia. He also works on future technologies concerning the exposure of on demand demos and the developerWorks Web site. Cesar graduated from Texas State University-San Marcos with a Bachelor's in Business Administration and a Major in Computer Information Systems. He has been with IBM since June of 2007.
