This workshop includes 2 half-day sessions—Tivoli Discovery and Tivoli Service Management.
Tivoli discovery session (half day) will introduce TADDM v7.1 concepts (discovery run, dependencies display, change tracking,...), followed by a demonstration.
Tivoli service management session (half day) will introduce Maximo v7.1 and specific plugins (TAMIT, SRM,...) used in Tivoli Service Request Management processGo through Service Desk (creating a service request, an incident, a process worflow, a change request) and Service Catalog (search and manage catalog, ordering and approval process) labs.

Overview of Tivoli Service Management environment
Find how to discover relations and track change of IT datacenter Configuration Items.
Watch an IT System Management process in action.
