IBM LTC(Linux Technology Center)中国Linux技术中心成立于2011年，主要致力于以Linux为核心的开源软件的开发、测试、及性能优化等工作。本团队与开源社区、IBM Global LTC、大学、开源厂商紧密合作，共同开发、维护开源软件，推广开源文化，为用户提供高质量、新颖的Linux解决方案。

目前，团队成员分布于上海、北京、青岛，开发项目涵盖虚拟化技术（KVM、QEMU 、libvirt、virt-manager等）、Linux Kernel（Memory Management、VFS、Process Scheduling、Drivers、Networking等）、嵌入式技术（Android、Linaro等）。
