Once a community is designated as solely for your organization, it can never be changed to allow people from outside your organization.
Case Management is a critical function for virtually every business. The ability to efficiently process cases has impact on both top and bottom lines, could have regulatory implications, and most importantly, is critical to maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty. Effectively implementing a case management solution requires a broad platform that brings together a range of capabilities, including content management, business process management, business rules, collaboration, and analytic. The solution needs to integrate seamlessly with existing infrastructure, leveraging those assets to provide complete, consistent context to case workers in a user interface that is tailored to how and where they work. Through presentations and hands-on exercises, this one day workshop will demonstrate how advanced case management from IBM delivers on these requirements and provides the capabilities needed to drive more successful, optimized case outcomes.

Primary Audience: Open to all roles and anyone who wants an introductory session to IBM's Case Management strategy and tooling and whose business scenarios can be considered as Case Management solutions.
Discipline addressed:Business and Technical Introductory level
Format:    Workshop or Briefing with hands on demos (see IIC Requirements section below)
Duration: 1 day
