Like changes in sports, food or colors, the reports that are delivered from one Maximo release to another also changes. Delivered reports change due to evolving application needs, client requests and changing reporting functionality. One major change seen in the latest Version 7.5 delivered reports was the retirement of nine list reports. These reports were retired as they can easily be created by your users with the ad hoc reporting tool, QBR. You have also noted to us that you do not frequently utilize these reports, so their retirement reduces your time spent in testing, administering and maintaining minimally used reports. To highlight these changes to our upgrading customers, a comparison listing of what reports are delivered for the Version 6, 7.1 and 7.5 releases is now available or via this url: http The
listing details each of the reports delivered starting with the Version 6
releases. It details if the
corresponding report is then included in the 7.1 and 7.5 releases, along with
its file name as shown below. Additionally, you can find out more detailed information on each delivered report via the Version 7 report booklets. For each individual report, the report booklet provides the report's description, parameter, grouping and sorting information along with a pdf copy of each report output.
