IBM Electronic Support's Thursday Plans @ Innovate 2011!
June 5-9, 2011 Orlando, FL | http://www.ibm.com/software/rational/innovate/
What are we doing Thursday?Thursday is a wrap-up day for us. While we will not have any formal sessions today, we will be available in the Accelerated Value Program (AVP) Red Carpet Lounge to discuss IBM's support sites and online tools prior to the Closing Keynote.
- 11:00 am - 12:00 pm: Closing Keynote: Ask the Experts
While most Innovate attendees are heading home today, let's not let our conversations and discussions end once we all get back to our home offices.
On every IBM Support Portal page is a "Support Feedback" area in the right column. (See the red box in the image to the right.)
Once you expand this "Support Feedback" area, there are three ways you can help IBM with our efforts to constantly improve our support site and online tooling:
- "Help us improve online support" - This is our main feedback form. We welcome your comments and questions about the IBM Support Portal.
All comments will be read and forwarded to the appropriate area for
review. You will receive a prompt response. If you want to obtain
Technical Support for an IBM product instead of the IBM Support Portal
itself, please contact technical support
or open a service request .
- "Sign up to participate in IBM design studies" - We invite you to participate in our user experience studies. You can provide valuable feedback through online surveys,
phone interviews, remote Web-based product evaluations, user experience lab studies, and on-site visits. Studies can focus on
any product area from any of our laboratories worldwide.
- "Participate in our Consumability Survey" - Your responses will help us understand your experience with IBM products, from the initial installation and configuration to long-term operations. By sharing your experience and priorities with us, you help ensure that future releases of our products meet your needs.
So thank you for visiting Patrick and Bob plus the rest of the Rational Client Support team during Innovate 2011 - we enjoyed every one of our meetings and sessions.
