Roundtable Session: Be Heard at Impact 2011!

One of the best things about IBM conferences is the opportunity to meet some of the IBMers that develop and support the products that you use in your business. Another huge benefit is that you can give them your feedback!

Come meet James McVea and Daniel Julin at #IBMImpact and see what the IBM Support Assistant (ISA) has to offer and get a glimpse into the plans for the future of ISA. It's your chance to provide input and feedback on a new concept for ISA!

Each session is limited to 20 participants, but the session will be repeated 4 times throughout the week. You will be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement so you can participate in these "super-secret" meetings! Here are the details:

Abstract: We're re-thinking the IBM Support Assistant (ISA), and we need your help! In this customer feedback session, we'll focus on a new concept we are developing for ISA. We want to know how you currently perform problem determination tasks, and discuss what you need to be more effective and process problems quicker. We will share with you our vision for a more collaborative, more powerful, and more flexible problem determination system, show a demo of our early work, and ask for your guidance to help us change it to fit your needs. The IBM Support Assistant is a problem determination workbench which provides data collection capabilities, problem determination tools and problem solving guidance.
