Description:
Support for the Collaborative Memory Management Assist (CMMA) in PTF for z/VM 5.2 APAR VM63856.
See 'Improved memory management for Linux guests' in IBM U.S. Software Announcement Letter 206-084 "IBM z/VM V5.2 - New function added in support of IBM System z9".

Note that this patch provides a recommended (optional) add-on to the "October 2005 stream", to be applied as last patch on top of patch 10 (or later).

To create the complete linux kernel sources, with the recommended (optional) add-on for 'Collaborative memory management stage II', the "October 2005 stream" kernel patches in the System Build Cross Reference (up to patch 10 or later) need to be applied in sequence and the cmm2-patch applied as last patch.
