Summary:	network (new function): AF_IUCV protocol support for Linux on System z.
Description:	AF_IUCV support allows for IUCV communication via the BSD socket interface. The AF_IUCV protocol supports communication with z/VM back-end services. It connects socket applications operating in Linux kernels running on different VM user IDs, or connects a Linux application to another sockets application running in a VM guest.

Note that this patch provides a recommended (optional) add-on to the "October 2005 stream", to be applied as last patch on top of patch 13 (or later).
