CPU scaling

OLTP throughput may benefit from multiple CPUs.

In figures, Informix Dynamic Server (IDS) is able to deploy 15.3 of 16 CPUs productively.

Informix Dynamic Server v11.10 (IDS11.10) shows 20% better performance than v9.40 (IDS9.40) independent of the IBM System z model.
