This patch replaces in lcrash (lkcdutils-4.1) the 'livedump' command with the 'savedump' command. With this new command it is possible to convert dumps which have been created with the s390 dump tools into compressed dumps (gzip and rle is supported). It is also possible to select page types which should be excluded in the resulting dump.
The following page selection options are supported:

• User pages
• Buffer cache pages
• Page cache pages
• Free (unused) pages

With 'savedump' it is still possible to create live dumps as with the 'livedump' command before.

To create the complete lkcdutils-4.1 sources, the following patches need to be applied in sequence:
