This patch contains the following binutils features:

• Support for the new long displacement instructions.
• Support for the new crypto instructions.

You should apply this patch if you want to generate code optimized for the IBM eServer z990 processor.

To create the complete binutils sources, the following patches need to be applied in sequence:
