IBM has tested this IBM(R) zSeries Developer Kit for Linux(R), Java(TM) 2 Technology Edition Service Refresh at the SDK 1.3.1 Level (or JVM) with both version 2.2 and version 2.4 of the Linux kernel.

Version 2.2 of the kernel environment has been proven and the JVM is made available for use with it under the full license terms and conditions presented during the registration process.

Version 2.4 of kernel environment has been proven and the JVM is made available for use with it under the full license terms and conditions presented during the registration process. A glibc of version 2.2.4 or above must be also used with this kernel.
