can't add Storage DS4700 to Engenio SMI-S Provider

Hi all,

I have to add the Storage Subsystem to the Engenio SMI-S Provider for integrate into TPC server,
but one of them can't add into the Engenio SMI-S Provider. please saw this message below.

C:\Program Files\EngenioProvider\SMI_SProvider\bin>ProviderUtil.bat
Input CIMOM Username:admin
Input CIMOM Password:admin
Input Port 5980 :
Input Operation
1) addDevice
2) removeDevice
3) Add credentials for an array
Please Input 1, 2, or 3:1
Input device DNS-resolvable hostname or IP address:20.100.100.225
Input Array Password (default is blank):
Attempting extrinsic method call.
The attempt to add a device failed. CIM_ERR_FAILED
Unable to continue execution. Exiting.

How can I fix this problem?

Have you tested whether connection is available from where you installed agent ?
ping 20.100.100.225

Which version of code are you using ?

Other Storage was connected but that one got a problem.
Yes, I can ping.

The Version.
TPC Server 3.3.2
CIM Provider CIMOMVersion: 10.10.G0.04 BuildDate 01/21/08:13:45

If you put logs file ( C:\Windows\system32\SMI_Provider.log) here, we can check where the problem is.

Hej, I have exactly the same problem on a DS4700. May it be a problem that on each controller only the Port 2 is connected and not Port 1?

No. I couldn't. Attached there is the Provider.log and the install.log.This machine now is connected via the ethernetPort1 (the second is still on the default IP and not connected).
Installed version is 10.50.30.04 (which is marked to use with 7.50 FW..)
