Hi All,

I have installed Omnibus 7.2.1 agent in Windows 2003 but I am getting an error in trace log as given below and there is no data in ITM Portal.

(Tuesday, November 10, 2009, 8:14:44 AM-{16D0}shellqueryclass.cpp,331,"internalCollectData") Missing metrics. Skipping row. expected 5 tokens, parsed 1. Input:<:>, separator:<:>

I already gone through the link

but didnt get the clear information.

I have attached the log file in this thread.
Could you please help me to solve this issue?

Hi, It sounds like it's not a reporting error, but a Omnibus install/configuration error. Since this is a Tivoli Common Reporting forum, you'd get better luck by posting in a Omnibus forum.
