Error : Unexpected response from internal component (Optim 7.1.1)   

Using Optim 7.1.1 + IBM Optim Data Growth Solution for JD Edwards Enterprise One V3.0.2 on Windows

When using JDE Templates on PO I have the error :

RetCode: CSSERR_CREDDLERR(07080) Create DDL Object failed
AuxCode: ENVERR_EXCEPTION(01023) Operating System Exception

It works on all others JDE Modules.
