Linux Redhat 4 TPM 7.1.1 install hangs

I am trying to install TPM 7.1.1 using all defaults on RH 4. It got to the below step.
(Tue Nov 03 08:46:31 CST 2009) com.ibm.ismp.mwi.Lathe FINE: Started target 'step_00003_DB2_9'
It went to 18% complete and then just stopped. There is nothing in the logs.
