The message is coming in two formats ti MQInputnode like as a)XML and 2)CWF. How you will maintain this message in MQInput node?

Use an RFH2 header, and specify the message set, message type and message format in the <mcd> folder.

If it is possible you can have two MQInputNodes in your flow, each one representing the respective message format. This way you can differentiate between the two.
