how to monitor ds4700 with TPC 4.1.1

Hi, I am trying to monitor DS4700 with TPC 4.1.1 and Enginio 10.50.G0.04 CIM Agent using on Windows 2003.
But CIM Agent couldnt find DS 4700. I configured the providerTraceLog.properties for DEBUG.

What version of code is running on the 4700? I have found that the user and pw does not really matter here. From that error log it appears that you cannot connect to the 4700 with that IP...

Hi,

Again, i have problem to add Storages to Engenio SMI-S agent.
But this time, i think real problem :)

Asset :

DS4300
SMI-S Agent Version 10.35.30.00

Action taken:

Pinging to Storage IP is successful

Problems :

After running ProviderUtil.bat
I got the
"Attempting extrinsic method call.
The attempt to add a device failed. CIM_ERR_FAILED
Unable to continue execution. Exiting."

See the log :
SMI_Provider.log

What can cause this problem ? Or am i missing something ?
