You are invited to attend a webcast on the topic of Serviceability for COBOL Working Storage in the CICS Environment.

On 12 November 2009 at 11:00 AM EST, a WebSphere Support Technical Exchange presentation on Serviceability for COBOL Working Storage in the CICS Environment will be delivered by Paul Albrecht, a subject matter expert. An open question and answer session will follow the presentation.

This Support Technical Exchange offers alternative approaches to diagnosing COBOL Working Storage overlays that reside outside of the scope of the CICS Storage Checker and COBOL's language features. The approaches include coding concepts, along with CICS dump and trace diagnostics.

Level of Difficulty: Intermediate
