All,
As part of the "Request Account" process in the ITIM self service application, the account type form is presented to the requestor based on the account type (application/service) selected.
My understanding is that this form/UI is common and generic for all account types defined in ITIM, and the account attributes gets rendered dynamically (using XSLT).
So my question is that can following customizations be carried out for Self-Service application, and will be supported by IBM:
1) Can we display the selected "Account Type/Application/Service" name on top of the Account (request) form?
2) Is there a way to add help text / help links / mouse over help in front of each attribute on the Account (request) form?
3) Change the text on Subform trigger button (default is "Details")?
Please let me know if above customizations are possible or not?

Guys,
Just checking again, if anyone has any idea/comment on my queries in the original post above.
I have not been able to conclude whether any of the above 3 points is possible to achieve or not.
